When a patient record needs to be viewed or edited, click on post patient procedure to launch procedure searching window.
Enter the search criteria in the Search Text field or directly click search to show all records. Users can also filter the result by procedure date.

Change procedure. Change is only available if the procedure is blank. |

Change surgeon. Change is only available if the surgeon is blank. |
|
Allow to change patient details. MRN, patient name, patient type and visit number. |
|
Allow to change procedure date. |
|
Print patient allocation report. |
|
Close window. |
|
View or edit patient allocation details. |
|
Provide audit trail for every single change. |
