Delete a Database

To delete a database, follow these steps:

  1. In the left column of the main window, locate the database you want to delete and right-click on it.

  2. Select Delete Database from the right-click menu. A message box appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the database.

  3. Click Yes to delete it. The database should be removed as should any Payroll Year specified databases that existed for the company. For more Payroll Year database information, see Payroll Maintenance.

  4. Click No to cancel the action.
